The sculpture
for orchid vale was built at Priory Vale, Swindon.
This sculpture is made from Oak timber raised upon a steel base. The sculpture
Is formed of leaf shapes inspired by the willow and oak trees throughout the
grounds.
The Design was developed through workshops with the school.
The sculpture can be entered into and has seating within the centre. The sculpture creates a more enclosed and private space among the mainly open grounds surrounding it.
